CZ Crystal Grower Every materials scientist knows that
dependable property data can be obtained only from as
perfect single crystal as possible. And what a welcome
it would be to have a single crystal growing apparatus
under his control so that he could scan the effect of
every change that he makes in his new materials. But the
greatest impediment has been the high cost of crystal
growers. Not any more, MTI now produces high quality Model
SJK 50 CZ crystal growth furnace for material research
laboratories at a very affordable price. 50 such furnaces
are working trouble-free at various places for the last
two years. The furnace has been proven to be excellent
for pulling various oxide crystals with melting point
up to 2100 oC, including Sapphire, GGG, YAG, LaAlO3 etc.
