Detailed Description

SKZD-2 is an innovative feeder designed to automatically mix and feed abrasives or slurry for lapping, polishing and other related needs. It provides a uniform abrasive suspension via rotating container and an accurate control of slurry feed for quality polishing of substrate.

SKZD-2 can be used together with our UNIPOL8 series, UNIPOL15 series UNIPOL300, as well as any polishing machines and automatically controls the whole processing fromlapping to polishing so as to save the labor and slurry materials significantly.

Features:

Easily to be placed on the machine or at any other places nearby, and easy to operate without complicated programs.

Special design on the rotation container to auto mixing abrasive powder during the feeding. The container can adapt most of abrasive materials , such as diamond, BC, SiC, Al2O3 and SiO2.

Feeding pipe is flexible to any position. Two or three pipes feedings are available as optionals. possible if equipped with 2 head or 3 head feeder.

Feeding speed can be controlled by the valve and rotating speed to provide accurate feeding rate of the slurry.
